WOMEN'S INDOOR TRACK COMPETES AT RIVERHAWK INVITATIONAL

LOELL, MASS. - The Colby-Sawyer women's indoor track team competed at a heavy competitive Riverhawk Invitational hosted by UMASS Lowell featuring schools across all divisions. This would be the Chargers last regular season meet before the GNAC Championship on February 15th.

Rapid Recap:
  • First year Jacklyn Anderson (Hanover, N.H.) would get a new personal best in the 800m, topping her previous time by almost half a second. She would finish just seconds behind schools like UVM, Stony Brook, and Manhattan.
  • Sophomore, Teddy Pollack (Arlington, Mass.) would have herself a great day in the weight throw finishing in the top 13 overall. Pollack threw a distance of 11.47m which put her ahead of athletes from DII Franklin Pierce, and Assumption. 
  • Leah O'Neill (Peabody, Mass.) would have a strong day in the mile where she would cross the line in a time of 5:49.19 to finish just behind a couple of athletes from DI University of Vermont.
  • Adriana Nadeau (Londonderry, N.H.) would have a strong showing in the 3000m where she would cross the line in a time of 11:18.59. Nadeau would finish in front of schools like St. Anselm, and UMASS Lowell.
Up Next:
The Chargers will get a weekend off before heading to Boston University for the 2026 GNAC Indoor Championship.
