WOMEN'S INDOOR TRACK FINISHES FOURTH AT GNAC CHAMPIONSHIPS

BOSTON, MASS. - The Colby-Sawyer Women's Indoor Track team headed to Boston Sunday afternoon to compete in the 2026 Indoor GNAC Championships hosted at Boston University.

Rapid Recap: 
  • Adriana Nadeau (Londonderry, N.H.) would go three for three on the day, putting herself on the podium in all three events she was in. Nadeau's day started with the 5000m where she would come out on top with the gold and a time of 19:20.64. She would later come back in the 3000m and take home the silver medal with a time of 11:19.45. 
  • Leah O'Neill (Peabody, Mass.) would also compete in the 5000m and 3000m alongside Nadeau. O'Neill would medal in both events as well, coming away with a bronze in the 5000m with a time of 19:34.27. Leah would come back in the 3000m, securing the bronze for that event as well with a time of 11:27.80.
  • Teddy Pollack (Arlington, Mass.) would find herself on the podium for the first time in weight throw. Pollack would have a throw of 12.46m which would be good for a silver medal. Teddy would come back in the shot put, earning a fifth place finish to help the team score 2 points. 
  • First Year Jacklyn Anderson (Hanover, N.H.) would pick up two points for the Chargers in the mile as she would finish fifth overall. Anderson would cross the line with a time of 5:51.38. 
  • A distance medley relay team compiled of Nadeau, O'Neill, Anna Hildreth (Westmoreland, N.H.) and Anderson would put together a strong performance on their way to a bronze medal with a time of 14:05.65.
Inside the Numbers:
  • The Chargers finished with five All-Conference nods, each earning a spot in their respective events with their podium finish. Nadeau (5k, 3k, DMR), O'Neill (5K, 3K, DMR), Pollack (Weight Throw), Hildreth (DMR), and Anderson (DMR).
  • The Chargers would finish fourth as a team with a total of 31 points. 
Up Next:
A handful of Chargers will prepare for the D-III New England Championships while the rest of the team prepares for the Outdoor season.
