NEW LONDON, N.H. - The Colby-Sawyer women's lacrosse team took on the Anna Maria Amcats on Saturday afternoon while celebrating their four seniors for the class of 2025, where the Chargers seniors and the rest of the team showed out in a 21-4 win.

- The Chargers came out firing scoring four unanswered goals to start the game. Madeline Knight (Pownal, Maine) kicked off the scoring with an eight meter, before Soph Kuhlthau (Cheshire, Conn.) would score to put the Chargers up 2-0 early. Rose Finlayson (Hopkinton, NH) would score a free position shot, while Andrea Smith (Gray, Maine) would score off an assist from Lauren Vignola (Ringwood, N.J.). The Amcats would get their first goal of the game thanks to Riley Michaud, followed by two more goals from the Chargers to finish the first quarter scored by Kuhlthau, and Heather Hanson (Barnstable, Mass.) off an assist by Sophie Pedro (Scituate, RI).
- The Chargers would open the second quarter with another four to nothing run that would start with a Cecilia Ponzini (Windham, N.H.) goal off an assist from Hanson. Hanson would go on to score her second goal of the game. Kuhlthau would then power in two more goals, hitting four before the half. Michaud would score again for the Amcats, while Ponzini would follow with another goal of her own while the Chargers were down a player.
- The second half started with some back and forth scoring with Michaud scoring her third goal of the game. Andrea Smith would match that goal thanks to an assist from Ponzini, followed by the Amcats last goal of the game from Raegan Hachey. The Chargers would go on to score plenty from there, starting with Hanson scoring her third and fourth goal of the game. Andrea Smith would score the next two, while Kuhlthau would put in another one to end the third quarter with the Chargers up 17-4.
- Sophie Pedro would kick off the scoring in the fourth with her first goal of the season on the assist from Smith. Finlayson would score her second thanks to Ponzini's third assist. Hanson would score her fifth goal of the game for the Chargers, while Molly Dishong (Francestown, N.H.) would give the Chargers their 21st goal of the game.

- The Chargers were led by Soph Kuhlthau who powered in five goals, with six draw controls and three caused turnovers. Heather Hanson would also score five and dishing out one assist while picking up four ground balls. Andrea Smith, Rose Finlayson, and Cecilia Ponzini would all score two goals each, while Ponzini would hand out three assists.
