Orlando, Fla. - The Colby-Sawyer men's tennis team defeated the Johnnies of the University of St. John's (Minn.) 4-3 on Wednesday.
Rapid Recap Game 1:
- In doubles action, the Johnnies would claim the opening point sweeping all three doubles positions.
- The Chargers continued to battle and picked up wins at the one through four singles positions to claim the 4-3 win over the Johnnies. Junior Peyton Meuse (Newport, N.H.) would cruise to a 6-2, 6-1 win at number three while first-year David Dvorak (Prague, Czech Republic) claimed a 6-0, 6-2 win at number four singles.
