HANCOCK, VT. - The Colby-Sawyer alpine ski team headed to Vermont over the weekend to compete in the Middlebury Carnival at the Midd Snow Bowl.

- The carnival would kick off with Slalom on Friday morning, where in tough competition the team would struggle to qualify for a second run except for Junior, Jackson Musial (Bartlett, N.H.). Musial would go on to have his best finish of the season placing 25th overall finishing with an overall time of 1:33.78, just +2.53 off the winner Bradshaw Underhill from Middlebury.
- The team would shift to Giant Slalom on Saturday morning, where the team would have great runs, but would not qualify for a second run. Musial would be the lone qualifier, where he would finish the day in 59th overall. He would finish in 1:02.54, finishing behind the winner Bradshaw Underhill by +6.72.
