Hired in August of 2021, Locke led his team to four EISA Carnivals as well as the EISA Championships hosted by the University of New Hampshire in his first season as a Charger.
Locke arrived to Colby-Sawyer after 11 years with Pats Peak Ski Club in New Hampshire, the last 6 as program director. He is a US Ski & Snowboard Level 300 Alpine Coach as well as a Level 100 Coach Developer. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from St. Lawrence University and a master's in regional planning from the University of Montana.
