NEW LONDON, N.H. - The Colby-Sawyer men's soccer team saw
Nick Carrabino named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team for his success in the classroom.
The all-district teams, selected by CSC, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on their respective playing surfaces and in the classroom. To be eligible for the honor student-athletes need to maintain at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA, have participated in at least 90 % of their team's contests or started 66 % of their team's matches.
Carrabino, a senior Business Administration, appeared in 15 games this season with 3 goals and an assist while being on the defensive line. Nick's best game came against Elms College where he scored two goals, with the latter coming in the 87th for the game winner.
