GNAC Championship Day 1 Results

WESTON, Mass. – The Colby-Sawyer women's outdoor track and field team competed in the first day of the GNAC Championship on Saturday with the women's team coming in third place with 26 points.

Rapid Recap:

Senior Ashley Keleher (Mashpee, Mass.) led the way for the team collecting 2nd place in the triple jump with a distance of 11.19 meters.
Senior Anna Bieszczad (Grantham, N.H.) finsihed third in the Javelin throw with a distance of 32.80 meters.
In the 100 meter hurdles sophomore Kate Cochran (North Sutton, N.H.) raced to fourth place with a time of 17.73.
Junior Samantha Carus (Brownfield, Maine) finished strong in the 10000 meter run with a time of 43:12.84.

The Chargers will continue day two action tomorrow at Regis with a 12:00PM start.
