HANOVER, N.H. – The Colby-Sawyer women's indoor track and field team competed on Saturday in the Dartmouth Tune-Up, which is the last meet ahead of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championships.
Rapid Recap:
- Sophomore Kate Cochran (North Sutton, N.H.) stole the show for the Chargers breaking Rachel Quaye's 60-meter hurdles record in the prelims with a time of 10.10 seconds. She later followed with a 10.24 place to come in 6th in the finals. Cochran added a 4th place finish in the high jump at a 1.40 meter height.
- Sophomore Adriana Nadeau (Londonderry, N.H.) also had a good day coming across the finish line in the 3000 meter in 3rd place at a time of 11:19.25.
- First year Marisa Lambert rounded out the Chargers with an 8th place finish in the 60 meter dash at a time of 9.66.

"I knew the meet was going to be small but I was really looking to secure a good spot for GNACs next weekend", said sophomore

The Chargers will head to Boston for the GNAC Championships on Sunday February 18th.
