NEW LONDON, N.H. - The Colby-Sawyer women's volleyball team hosted Norwich University Wednesday evening for an in conference match-up that would go on to continue their unbeaten streak at home in a 3-0 win.

- Colby-Sawyer Chargers were ready to take on Norwich's Cadets in tonight's conference matchup after a win against Dean College. Opening the first set, Katie Mollberg (Naples Fla.) recorded a kill quickly assisted from Brooke Patnode (Weare N.H.). Norwich bounced back and went on to record three more kills. The first set continued to be close until the Chargers were able to gain momentum and scored three in a row from Kamryn Brakemeier (Fort Worth, TX), Ally Majenski (Marshfield, MA), and an ace from Brenna Piller (Simsbury, Conn.). Later in the set, the Chargers pulled through with nine more consecutive points to broaden their lead and take the first set 25-16.
- The second set became similar to the first with a back-and-forth battle of scoring from both teams. The Chargers once again got on the board first with two kills from Mollberg off assists from Patnode. Madison Sinatro (Simsbury, Conn.) stepped up to put away two more aces. Brakemeire bumped the Charger's lead to 7-3 after two more kills assisted by Patnode. To finish the second set the Chargers went on to score twelve kills in a row with contributions from Majenski, Mollberg, Hathorn, Sinatro, and Piller with a final of 25-12.
- The Charger's stayed hot for the third set after a couple errors from Norwich Mollberg hammered another kill assisted by Patnode. Norwich wasn't ready to go home yet and put away six consecutive points to extend the match. Colby-Sawyer took back control and went on a streak to secure seven more points and regain the lead 12-10. Two kills were recorded from Brakemeier while Majenski added three more, Audra Fontes (Fresno, CA) assisted on a kill while Patnode recorded another four assists. Colby-Sawyer finished the set 25-20 to solidify the match 3-0.
