NEW LONDON, N.H. – The Colby-Sawyer women's cross country hosted the fifth annual Charger Invitational on Friday, winning the event with a team score of 20.
Rapid Recap:
- Junior Samantha Carus (Brownfield, Maine) placed in first place with a time of 20:32.5. Junior Tessa Millette (Barrington, N.H.) followed in second place one step behind Carus at a time of 20:32.9.
- First year Adriana Nadeau (Londonderry, N.H.) finished in fourth place at a time 21:42.5.
- Sophomore Heather Hanson (Barnstable, Mass.) (21:55.4) and sophomore Leah O'Neill (Peabody, Mass.) (22:30.6).
- The Chargers finished the event in first place followed by Regis College (58 points), Lasell University (68 points), Saint Joseph's College of Maine (102 points) and New England College (110 points).
