BRIDGEWATER, Mass. – The Colby-Sawyer women's swimming and diving placed in 5th out of 7 teams in the Bridgewater State University invitational on Saturday. Bridgewater won the event scoring 698 points.
Rapid Recap:
- Sophomore Brandy Lewis (Strafford, Vt.) won a pair of events for the Chargers winning the 1650 yard freestyle at a time of 18:48.78 and the 500 yard freestyle at a time of 5:33.36.
- Sophomore Tess Kjoller (Osterville, Mass.) placed in 4th with a score of 162.30 in the one meter diving event.
- First year Rebecca Radonovich (Frederick, Md.) had her best showing of the season winning the 200 yard butterfly at a time of 2:26.58 and the 400 yard individual medley at a time of 5:04.76.

"Wow! Wow! Wow! I am so proud of this team", said head coach Christina Baudis. "Competing against seven other teams, we had our best performances of the season. Overall, the team swim 7 lifetime best times and 13 season best times. In other words, every athlete on the team swam a fast time today! The women's 400 freestyle relay dropped 20 seconds and placed 3
