Chargers Open 2024 at Simmons Meet in Boston

BOSTON, Mass. – The Colby-Sawyer women's swimming and diving dropped in points to all three teams in the Simmons meet in Boston on Saturday. The Chargers fell to Simmons by a 163-43 score, to Regis by a 156-58 score and to Elms by a 127-54 score. 

Rapid Recap:
  • Sophomore Tess Kjoller (Osterville, Mass.) picked up the lone win for the Chargers finishing the one meter diving with a score of 194.75. 
  • First year Rebecca Radonovich (Frederick, Md.) came in second place in both the 200 yard freestyle and the 100 yard butterfly at times of 2:19.84 and 1:08.46.
  • Senior Hanna McAloon (Berkley, Mass.) added a third place finish in the 50 yard freestyle at a time of 29.86. 
Up Next: 
The Chargers will be back in action on January 13th in the Norwich meet with a 2:00 PM start.
