Runner Spotlight:
"Today was a really good day for the team", said senior
Shannon O'Connell (Peabody, Mass.). "We had some solid performances from the girls, highlighted by a personal record by Adrianna Nadeau. We were competitive with the regional teams, which makes me really excited to keep getting stronger. Individually I had a good race. I finally feel like things are starting to click again for the first time since my sophomore year. I am excited to see what the team and I can do in October and especially November."
