Player Spotlight:

"It's great to be back competing, especially after injury," said sophomore Grace Carpenter (Milford, N.H.). "My opponent was a strong player and neither one of us was going to give up the match. I knew it was going to be a tough battle. I'm just glad I was able to be back on the court and for the team to get a win after a tough start to the season. It feels amazing to get our first win of the season. I'm really proud of the team for playing how they did today. We had a tough match against Emerson last year so I think everyone wanted to win this year. This win is great motivation for our first conference match on Wednesday."
