RESULTS
DARTMOUTH, Mass. – Colby-Sawyer women's cross country team headed to UMass Dartmouth for the UMass Dartmouth Invitational. The squad finished 11th out of 30 teams, beating regionally ranked University of New England, among others. Junior Shannon O'Connell (Peabody, Mass.) was the Chargers top finisher with a time of 19:34.21.
First-year Samantha Carus (Brownfield, Maine) finished the race with a personal best time of 19:38.50. This is over a minute faster compared to her time two weeks ago at the Chargers Invitational.
First-year Tessa Millette (Barrington, N.H.) was the next Charger finisher with a time of 19:44.20. This was also a personal best.
First-year Heather Hanson (Marstons Mills, Mass.) finished with a time of 20.17.90, which was the final personal best of the day.
The Chargers will return to action on Saturday, October 2 at Keene State
