Box Score KEENE, N.H. – The Colby-Sawyer women's volleyball team fell to Keene State College by a 3-0 final on Tuesday night.

- In the first set the visitors trailed the whole contest surrendering a 12-3 run to the Owls succumbing to a 25-12 loss.
- In the second stanza first year Shaelyn Thornton (Scarborough, ME) notched six kills as the Chargers fought hard, however they could not battle back from an early 13-6 deficit.
- Colby-Sawyer continued to look for their first set victory of the night and was tied with Keene at 15-15. The Owls marked five straight points to push the lead out of reach.
Stats & Figures:
- Thornton led the offense with nine kills and nine digs, while first year Ally Majenski (Marshfield, Mass.) added eight kills.
- The defense was led by junior Ava LaValle (Peabody, Mass.) with three assisted blocked to go along with four kills.
- First year Brooke Patnode (Weare, N.H.) had 14 assists to lead the passing, while senior Anna Allen (Los Angeles, Calif.) added 11 assists and a pair of service aces.
