BOSTON, Mass. - February 4, 2020 - The Colby-Sawyer men's basketball team fell at Emmanuel, 89-70, in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action Tuesday evening.
Emmanuel improves to 17-3 overall and 5-1 in the GNAC. The Chargers fall to 9-11 overall and 3-3 in conference. Colby-Sawyer will host Lasell on Saturday at 1 p.m.
The Saints were led by Jack Moulder's 24 points. He was 6-of-12 from beyond the arc. Marcus Fox had a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds, while Gio Ciampa chipped in 16 points.
Colby-Sawyer was led by senior
Patrick Coffey. He scored 18 points. Senior
Dana Bean added 16 points and nine rebounds.
Terrence Harvey Jr. finished with seven points, six assists, four rebounds and four steals.
The Chargers led 43-42 at the half after a Coffey jumper in the final seconds. Emmanuel turned up the offense and defense in the second half to outscore Colby-Sawyer 47-27 and cruise to the 19-point victory.
