NORTHAMPTON, Mass. - January 18, 2020 - The Colby-Sawyer men's indoor track and field team competed at the Mary Grinaker Invitational hosted by Smith College on Saturday afternoon.
RESULTS
Several Chargers came away with personal bests throughout the day.
In the mile,
Brendan Sullivan and
Spencer McClary posted personal records. Sullivan clocked in at 5:04.84 to place 25th and was followed by McClary in 26th at 5:05.99.
Dean Miller registered a personal best time of 7.78 in the 60-meter dash, while
Tristan McNight finished the 800-meter run in a personal record time of 2:20.97.
Ben Jones placed fourth in the 3k at 9:27.77.
Jacob Nichol made the 60-meter hurdles final and placed t-6th in 9.56.
Bryce Carlson achieved a height of 2.80 meters to place seventh in the pole vault.
Alex Kusnarowis had a distance of 11.77 meters to finish ninth in the shot put.
The Chargers are back in action next weekend at Southern Maine.
