Men's Tennis Travels to Eastern Nazarene for GNAC Semifinals

NEW LONDON, N.H. – April 25, 2019 – The Colby-Sawyer men's tennis team has earned the second seed in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament and will travel to top seed Eastern Nazarene on Saturday for a semifinals match in the North Division.  

Top South Division seed Ramapo College will host No. 2 South seed Albertus Magnus College. Both semifinal matches are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. The North winner will host the GNAC Championship on Saturday, May 4, as divisional host duties alternate annually. More info > HERE

Colby-Sawyer went 8-9 overall and 3-2 in GNAC play. The Chargers won a tie-breaker scenario with Johnson & Wales and Regis, which also went 3-2 in conference action.

Eastern Nazarene enters the postseason at 13-7 overall after cruising through the conference regular season. Colby-Sawyer was the only team to get a point off the Lions in an 8-1 defeat in Quincy.
