NEW LONDON, N.H. – January 28, 2019 – Colby-Sawyer sophomore Jinnae Jang (Douglas, Mass.) has been named Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Women's Swimming Athlete of the Week.

Jang was part of the 400 medley and 400 freestyle winning relay teams to help the Chargers earn a 113-78 victory at Elms on Saturday. She also collected a pair of individual wins on the day. Jang took the top spot in the 50 freestyle with a time of 26.18 and won the 50 butterfly in 28.31. 

The Chargers will head to Boston, Mass. this weekend to compete in the GNAC Championships on the campus of Simmons University.
