NEW LONDON, N.H. – October 1, 2018 - Colby-Sawyer junior Peter Bakker (Barkhamsted, Conn.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the second time this season.

Peter Bakker led the Colby-Sawyer men with a third place finish out of 67 runners at Saturday's Keene State Invitational. He covered the 8k course in 27:27.8 to help the Chargers finish third as a team.

The Chargers will compete at Saint Joseph's (Maine) on Saturday for a preview of the GNAC Championship, which will take place on October 27.
