Box Score MANCHESTER, N.H. - September 14, 2017 - The Colby-Sawyer men's tennis team played its first dual match of the season on Wednesday afternoon against Southern New Hampshire University of Division II.
The Penmen, winners of the last two Northeast-10 Conference championships, came away with an 8-1 victory.
Colby-Sawyer will play in a tournament for the second straight weekend when the team travels to Conn. College on Saturday.
After dropping the No. 2 and No. 3 doubles matches to begin the afternoon, Colby-Sawyer's junior

Nick Mathieu edged SNHU seniors Ricardo Marreiros and Miguel Marreiros (Portimao, Portugal) 8-6 to give the Chargers a point.
The Penmen took all six singles matches for the 8-1 win. Colby-Sawyer senior
Ross Kenney took four games off of Miguel Marreiros at No. 3 singles.
