NEW LONDON, N.H. – April 16, 2015 – The Colby-Sawyer baseball team fell to Castleton, 17-0 in the fifth game in three days between the two teams.
The Chargers are back in action this weekend with a pair of doubleheaders at Thomas College.
Colby-Sawyer freshman
Andrew Pratt (New Sharon, Maine) recorded his first collegiate hit with a single to left field in the seventh inning.

Andrew Clay (Hopkinton, N.H.) tossed two innings of one-hit relief for the Chargers.
Senior catcher
Rob Wallace (Tewksbury, Mass.) threw out his eighth runner trying to steal this season to increase his school record total to 39. He ranks second in the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) with eight total and three thrown out in conference games.
The visitors were led by a seven RBI afternoon from junior Nate Swahn (Rutland, Vt.). He had three doubles and a three-run homer over the left field fence. Sophomore Mike Ferro (Shelton, Conn.) was 2-for-4 with three RBI and a game best four runs scored.
Castleton's Mike LaBeau (Bellows Fall, Vt.) earned his first win of the season with five scoreless innings.
