Men's Tennis Falls at Southern Maine

GORHAM, Maine - April 6, 2012 - The Colby-Sawyer men's tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision at Southern Maine on Friday afternoon. The Chargers remain on the road on Saturday with a 1:00 pm North Atlantic Conference (NAC) contest at Thomas.

Colby-Sawyer drops to 3-9 on the season and will play its first NAC match of the year on Saturday.

Reigning NAC Rookie of the Week, Justin Pinard, was responsible for one of Colby-Sawyer's points as he won his singles match 6-2, 6-3 in the No. 2 slot. Freshman Clay Allen won at No. 4 singles 6-1, 6-3 for the Chargers' second point.
