COLCHESTER, Vt. - November 8, 2009 - The Colby-Sawyer men's swimming and diving team fell to division II foe Saint Michael's, 153-108 at the Ross Sports Center Pool, on Sunday afternoon.
Senior
Ryan Martin was the first Charger to win an event. He touched the wall first in the 100 freestyle at 53.73.
Ryan Sloss won the next race with a 1:03.02 time in the 100 backstroke.
Owen Worden won the 100 breaststroke in 1:11.81.
Martin finished the 500 freestyle in 5:35.68 and earned first place points.
Jack Nessen won the 50 butterfly in 28.51 to round out the Chargers top finishers.
The Chargers will return to action on Saturday when they will travel to Norwich University. The meet begins at 1:00 p.m.
