Biography

In 2008-09: Martin, a co-captain, won the 100 freestyle and the 800 freestyle relay in a meet against UMass Dartmouth. At the TCCC Invitational, Martin had a memorable day as he finished second in the 1650 freestyle, and third in the 200 yard freestyle. On the same day in the relay events, he helped his team win the 800 freestyle and place second in the 400 freestyle relay. Martin holds a school record in the 500 freestyle, with a remarkable time of 5:05.51. He also played an integral part in the team's 400 Free Relay record that clocked in at 3:25.34.

Personal: Son of Steve and Vicki Martin. Has a younger sister named Anna. Majoring in Child Development, with a minor in Psychology and Education.
