STOWE, Vt. - February 4, 2012 - The Colby-Sawyer College men's alpine ski team competed at Stowe Mountain this weekend. The men placed 10th in the giant slalom and 11th slalom.

In the giant slalom, the Chargers were led by senior
Ryan Lawless. Lawless placed 24th in a time of 2:09.20.
Sophomore Patrick Tingle placed 38th (2:13.42) and sophomore
Matt Oot rounded out the Chargers' top three finishers with a 39th place finish (2:14.05).
In the slalom, senior
Shawn Dunstan was the Chargers' top skier with a 11th place finish. Dunstan finished in a combined time of 1:46.67.
The Chargers return to the slopes February 10-11, 2012 when they compete in the Dartmouth College Carnival. Giant slalom will be held on Friday and the Slalom will be on Saturday.
