2022: Harmon had a career year for the Chargers in 26 matches with 196 kills, 63 digs, 35 blocks and 32 service aces. Mia ended the year ranked 17th in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) in kills (200) and 16th in kills per set (2.11). Harmon had a big game on October 1st against Emmanuel College with 15 kills on a .400 kill percentage in a Charger win. Mia added a career-high 16 kills on October 8th in a win against the University of Saint Joseph. Harmon was later named to the GNAC All-Conference Third Team. 

2021: Harmon saw action in 23 games making 13 starts for the Chargers in 2021. Mia ended the season with action in 67 sets with 113 kills, 66 digs, 25 blocks, 23 service aces and five assists. Harmon had a career-high 12 kills on September 11th against Eastern Nazarene College. 

2020: The team did not compete due to COVID-19. 

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Concord High School, where Harmon was the team MVP in 2019. 

Harmon spent her first year at Rivier University playing in 18 matches for the Raiders. Mia ended the season with 22 digs, 17 kills, six service aces and three blocks.
