Biography

As a freshman: Frivoll saw action in 27 of the team's 32 matches in her first season. She ranked sixth on the team with 134 digs and was seventh with 16 aces. She posted a season best 17 digs in back-to-back matches on the same day against Johnson & Wales and Saint Joseph (CT) on September 8. 

At Essex: Frivoll was a four-year letter winner in volleyball for the Hornets. She played in a pair of all-star games and was on a championship winning team. She also was a member of the Nordic ski team. Frivoll is a member of the National Honor Society.
