2026: Staffier continued to serve as the Chargers' primary catcher, starting 34 games and posting a .304 batting average with 35 hits in 115 at-bats. Noah totaled 19 runs scored, 23 RBIs, six doubles, two home runs and eight walks. Behind the plate, Staffier recorded a .986 fielding percentage with 197 putouts and 16 assists while helping turn two double plays. Noah turned in his best offensive performance of the season on April 3rd at Norwich, going 3-for-3 with three runs scored and three RBIs. He also delivered a home run and two RBIs against Elms on April 22nd.
2025: Staffier continued to be a key contributor for the Chargers, starting 28 games and finishing the season with a .297 batting average after collecting 30 hits in 101 at-bats. Noah totaled 23 runs scored, 23 RBIs, nine doubles, a home run, 11 walks and eight stolen bases. Behind the plate, Staffier posted a .987 fielding percentage with 199 putouts and 22 assists while throwing out nine runners attempting to steal. Noah delivered one of his best performances of the season on April 4th at New England College, going 3-for-5 with a double, two runs scored and a career-high five RBIs. He added a three-RBI performance against Lasell on April 10th that included his first collegiate home run.
2024: Staffier became a huge contributor for the Chargers in his first season making 24 starts behind the plate. Noah ended the year with a .313/.411/.375 (AVG/OBP/SLG) slash line with 17 runs scored, 14 RBIs, eight stolen bags and five doubles. Defensively Staffier held a fielding percentage of .983 with 155 putouts, 18 assists and eight runners caught stealing. Noah had a big debut going 2-for-2 with a RBI and a run scored in a Chargers win. He added a 2-for-3 day on April 16th against Johnson & Wales with two RBIs, a double and a run scored in a huge win. Staffier went 2-for-4 on May 3rd against Anna Maria with a run and a RBI. Noah currently sits 10th in program history in highest fielding percentage (.983).Â
PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER:Â Graduate of Beverly High School, where Staffier was a NEC All-Star, Salem News All-Star and Salem News Silver Slugger. Noah was also a North Eastern Conference Champion and a team captain in his senior year.
