Fisher enters his fifth season (2017-18) at the helm of the Colby-Sawyer men's and women's alpine ski racing program.
The Chargers compete against institutions that span all three divisions in the most competitive league in collegiate skiing: the Eastern Intercollegiate Ski Association (EISA).
Fisher received a BA in English from the University of New Hampshire in 2003. He has spent the last five years as a Men's FIS Coach at Burke Mountain Academy in East Burke, Vt. Prior to his stint at Burke Mountain; he was the assistant FIS Coach at Mount Mansfield Ski Club in Stowe, Vt. He helped coach athletes who are currently racing on the World Cup circuit and on the US Ski Team.
When Jake is not skiing, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife, daughter and Great Dane.
