2024: McGrath moved into a reserve role in her junior season making 12 appearances with a single start. Rylee ended the year with nine ground balls and a caused turnover. McGrath had a season-high three grounders on April 13th against Regis in a Charger win.

2023: McGrath made another 17 starts for the Chargers in 2023 causing 13 turnovers and collecting 17 grounders. Rylee tied her career-best on March 8th causing three turnovers in a 17-5 victory over New England College. McGrath had another big day on March 31st at Dean College with two caused turnovers and a career-high four ground balls in a 17-12 in. 

2022: McGrath started all 17 games for the Chargers in her debut season. Rylee picked up 16 ground balls  and caused 12 turnovers in her first year at Colby-Sawyer. McGrath had a solid day on April 2nd at Albertus Magnus College collecting a pair of ground balls and causing three turnovers in a 17-7 win. McGrath had another big game on April 23rd with one ground ball and causing three more turnovers in a 16-5 victory against Anna Maria College.
