Biography

 

As a junior: Terri started all 26 games and led the team in minutes per game (27.7), points per game (14.7), and rebounds per game (9.5). She finished the season with 10 double-doubles. Duffy pulled down a career-high 23 rebounds at Salve Regina on Feb 7. The 23 boards is the fourth most in a game in school history.  Duffy scored a season-high 29 points on 13-18 shooting at Plymouth State on Dec. 2. The 13 made field goals is second most by a Colby-Sawyer women’s basketball player. Duffy finished the season 27 points shy of 1000 for her career, eighth all-time in made free throws (216), and ninth all-time in career blocks (86). For the second year in a row, Terri was named New Hampshire Women's Player of the Year and was selected to the All-State First Team. Duffy also was selected to the All-TCCC First Team as she led the conference in rebounding (11.3 rpg) and was eighth in scoring (14.6 ppg). She finished tied for seventh in blocks and 15th in free-throw percentage. 
 

As a sophomore: Duffy, who started 27 games for the Chargers, led the team and was fourth in the conference in scoring, averaging 14.9 points per game. She was also the team's second-leading rebounder, pulling down 7.6 boards per contest.  Duffy was selected as a Second Team All-TCCC honoree and was named N.H. Division III Women's Player of the Year by the New Hampshire Division III Basketball Coaches Association. She also earned First Team All-N.H. accolades. Duffy tied her career-high in points with 31 against Western New England in the conference championship game.

As a freshman: Duffy saw action in all 28 games. She averaged 6.8 points and 5.1 rebounds in her first season. Her presence was also felt on the defensive end, as she tallied 21 blocks and 13 steals. 

Personal: Daughter of John and Mary Duffy. Has two brothers named Brett and Trevor, and a sister named Meghan. Majoring in Business Administration.
