2023-24: Molettieri played in every game for the Chargers in 2023-24 with only nine starts. Megan averaged 4.4 points, 1.3 rebounds and 0.5 assists per game. Molettieri netted a season-high 13 points at Lasell on February 1st. 

2022-23: Molettieri saw action in all 26 games for the Chargers making 14 starts. Megan averaged 5.9 points and 2.3 rebounds per game on 24.7 minutes. Molettieri had a good game on February 2nd at Norwich University pouring in 14 points to go with five rebounds in a Charger win. Megan's best game of the season came on February 4th at Regis College scoring 16 points on 4-7 from behind the arc to go with three rebounds and two steals in another victory. 

2021-22: Molettieri was a reliable sharpshooter for the Chargers in her first season playing in 18 games and starting her last 11 with the team after earning a starting role. Megan averaged 8.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, while shooting 31.3% from behind the arc. Molettieri finished 10th in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) in three-pointers made per game (1.7) and was second on the team behind Emily Parent. Molettieri had a great game in her first collegiate start with a career-high 20 points, four rebounds, two steals and a block, while going 4-6 from deep at Johnson & Wales University on January 6th. Megan followed up the performance with her second-best game of the year with 17 points, three assists and a block versus Emmanuel College on January 12th. Molettieri hit four more threes in a 15-point performance against Anna Maria College on February 17th in a 69-48 Charger win. Megan finished the game with just 18 minutes before leaving the game with a season-ending injury.
