Biography

As a sophomore: Hamilton saw action in 25 of 28 games in 2013-14. She averaged 1.5 points per in 6.9 minutes per game. She scored six points three times during the season.  

As a freshman: Helena  saw action in 10 games in her first season. She averaged close to five minutes per entry. Helena scored a season-high five points at Green Mountain on Jan. 10. 

At Tyngsboro: Helena starred in basketball and soccer for the Tigers. She earned four letters in each sport. She also played one year of baseball. Helena is a member of the National Honor Society. She also earned the Principal's Award and Superintendent's Award. 

Personal: Daughter of John and Mary. Has a brother named Alec and a sister named Heather. Helena is a Biology major.
