2023-24:
Brewster had a strong junior season for the Chargers ending the year averaging 10.2 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.0 steals per game. Courtney saw her role change becoming the sixth man for the Chargers playing in 25 games with 10 starts. Courtney ended the year ranked 10th in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) in field goal percentage (45.6%) on the season. Brewster registered her season-high of 19 points on November 11th with 19 points and five rebounds against Emerson College. Courtney had another big performance on February 7th against Rivier with 18 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Brewster was later named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team for the second-consecutive year. 

2022-23: Brewster continued to shine for the Chargers seeing action in 20 games, while making 14 starts. Courtney averaged 8.0 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 0.8 blocks and 0.8 steals per game in 30.2 minutes per game. Brewster ranked 11th in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) in rebounds per game. Brewster made an immediate impact in the first game of the season netting a game-winning and-one bucket in a 55-50 win against Emerson College on November 10th. Courtney ended the game with 10 points, six rebounds and a career-high four blocks. Brewster had her next big game on January 21st against Lasell University scoring 10 points, while ripping down a career-best 15 rebounds in a 60-56 Charger win. On February 14th against Norwich University, Brewster would score a new career-high with 20 points on 5-7 shooting from the field and 10-13 from the free throw line to go with six rebounds. Courtney was later named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team holding a GPA higher of 3.5 and having participated in 50 percent of the team's contests as a starter. 

2021-22: Brewster made an immediate impact for Colby-Sawyer, returning from injury in early January to play 10 games in her first year in New London.  Courtney finished the year averaging 6.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 0.8 blocks per game, while shooting 41.1% from the field, 40.0% from three and 61.1% from the charity stripe. Brewster's best game was her return game scoring a career-high 13 points while grabbing four rebounds, three blocks and two steals in a loss to Rivier University on January 18th. Brewster had her first career start on February 19th against Regis College where Brewster had six points, three blocks and two rebounds. Brewster also started for the Chargers in the GNAC Play-In with eight points, five rebounds and three steals in 33 minutes of action at Elms College on February 22nd. 

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Fair Haven Union High School and was an Vermont All-State student-athlete. Brewster is a two-time Division II Vermont State Champion and a two-time Division II Vermont State Runner-Up. Courtney was a two-time team captain, two-time SVL Conference First Team member, and a two-time Defensive MVP.
