Entering her third season at Colby-Sawyer College is head coach Devon Quattrocchi. Quattrocchi was hired in May of 2020, and is the fifth women's basketball coach in program history.
Inheriting her first team as a head coach during a global pandemic, her first season with the Chargers saw no games as the entire 2020-21 basketball season was canceled. In the next season, the team collected three big conference wins to enter the conference play in.
Quattrocchi joined the Colby-Sawyer family after spending two seasons as an assistant coach at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). She gained valuable experience with the Lions in developing, organizing and implementing practice plans, creating and implementing progressive skill development of players, recruiting, game strategy, scouting, film breakdown, and the planning and execution a fall clinic.
Prior to TCNJ, Quattrocchi was an assistant coach and a graduate assistant coach at Smith College from 2015-2018. She also spent a year as an assistant coach with the professional team, Vaerlose Basketball Klub, in Denmark.
As a student-athlete at Smith, Quattrocchi guided the Pioneers to 77 wins, an Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) championship and an appearance in the NCAA Second Round. Individually, Quattrocchi was a New England Women's Basketball Association (NEWBA) First Team All-Region selection and a First Team All-New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) selection. After graduation, she played professionally for a year in Denmark for the Vaerlose Basketball Klub, before returning to her alma mater.
Quattrocchi received a Bachelor of Arts in Education & Child Study, a Master of Education and a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Science all from Smith College.
