Ben Cushing re-joins the Chargers coaching staff for the 2024-25 season after having been on the staff for the 2022-23 season. Cushing is the Director of Career Development at Coldwell Banker Lifestyle Real Estate. Cushing has been involved as a basketball coach at Kearsarge Regional High School at all levels on both the Girls' and Boys' teams starting in 1988.  Cushing was a co-founder of the Granite State Chargers Women's AAU program.
