2022: Wilkinson started every game for the Chargers in the cage in her senior season logging a 13-6 record with three shutouts. Lauren ended the year with 76 saves for a 0.738 save percentage and a 1.60 goals against average. Wilkinson had a big game to open the year making nine stops including a pair in overtime in a 4-3 win against Plymouth State Unviersity. Lauren made a season-high 11 saves on September 21st against Fitchburg State University in a 2-0 defeat. Wilkinson picked up a 2-0 shutout in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Quarterfinals against Rivier University making three saves. Wilkinson ends her career in New London 2nd in program history in save percentage (.770), shutouts (9), wins (26), and goals against average (1.61), while being third in saves (191). 

2021: Wilkinson had a big season for the Chargers in the cage ending the year with a 12-4 overall record, while making 115 saves for a .793 save percentage. Wilkinson also had five individual shutouts and one more combined shutout on the season. Wilkinson's best game of the year came on October 22nd picking up a seven save shutout at Anna Maria in a 1-0 victory for the Chargers. Wilkinson was ranked second in the GNAC in save percentage (.793), and fourth in goals allowed (30). Wilkinson racked up the single-season program records in 2021 ranking fifth in saves (115), second in wins (12), second in goals against average (1.71), third in save percentage (.793) and tied for first in shutouts (5). Lauren was honored as a GNAC All-Conference Second Team member, while also making the 2021 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III All-Academic Squad maintaining a 3.3 or higher cumulative grade-point average during the first semester of the 2021-22 school year. Wilkinson also was awarded the Chargie for Female Most-Improved Student-Athlete of the Year. In Colby-Sawyer history Wilkinson is on track to be the best goalie in program history ranking third in wins (13), fourth in saves (115), second in goals against average (1.71), third in shutouts (6) and being the all-time leader in save percentage (.793). 

2020: The team did not compete due to COVID-19. Wilkinson was named a 2020 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III All-Academic Squad list maintaining a 3.3 or higher cumulative grade-point average during the first semester of the 2020-21 school year.

2019: Wilkinson started one game as goalie for the Chargers. She did not allow a goal to earn a shutout victory on October 5th against Albertus Magnus. 

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Bishop Fenwick High School and was a two-sport athlete participating in field hockey and softball. Wilkinson shined in the cage being named a Salem News All-Star.
