2023: Ponzini continued to be a star in her sophomore season starting in all 19 games and ending the year with four goals and 10 assists for 18 points. Cecilia had her first big game of the season on September 30th with four assists at Anna Maria in a 6-0 Charger win. Ponzini netted the biggest goal of her young career on October 28th netting a game-winner against Rivier in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Quarterfinals. She added another goal in the GNAC Semifinals at Lasell on November 1st as the Chargers defeated the Lasers 2-1. Ponzini was awarded the Chargie for Female Most-Improved Athlete of the Year in 2023-24. Ponzini sits 8th in program history in assists (12).

2022: Ponzini made an immediate impact for the Chargers seeing action in all 19 games, while making eight starts. Cecilia tallied four points on a goal and two assists in 722 minutes played. Ponzini registered her first collegiate point with an assist on September 11th in a 8-0 Charger win against the University of Maine - Farmington. Cecilia netted her first collegiate goal on October 12th against Saint Joseph's College of Maine in a 4-3 loss. Ponzini was later named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Rookie Team.

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Windham High School, where Ponzini was the most improved player of the year as a junior and a female athlete of the year as a senior. Ponzini is a two-time state champion at Windham as well as a two-time state runner-up.
