AT COLBY-SAWYER
2024: Carney served as a cornerstone for the Chargers' during her second year, starting in all 17 matches she appeared in. Aili registered eight points on the year, providing two goals and four assists. One of her best games of the season came against Albertus Magnus on September 21st where she recorded a goal and an assist in the shutout. Carney proved to be an elite ball-stopper on corners and was critical to the transition game, logging 994 minutes and recording two defensive saves. Aili would receive her first All-Conference selection, being named to the Sportsmanship Team. Carney was later named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III All Academic Squad as well as a Scholar of Distinction. 

2023: Carney started in all 19 games for the Chargers. Aili notched two goals and one assist on the season. Carney scored her first collegiate goal in the Chargers first game on September 1st at Fitchburg State helping to lead them to their 3-0 victory. Aili notched her second goal on the season in overtime against New England College, with a game-winner to beat the Pilgrims 2-1. Carney was later named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III All Academic Squad maintaining a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through the first semester of the 2023 academic year. Aili logged 1,137 minutes for the Chargers.

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Pinkerton Academy, where Carney was a 2023 New Hampshire All-State 1st Team selection and 2022 New Hampshire All-State 2nd Team selection. Aili was also a 2023 Twin State Team member, 2023 team captain and the 2022 Pinkerton Academy Most Valuable Defensive Player.
