2024: Roeger had one of the best seasons by a first year in Charger history making 30 starts for Colby-Sawyer mainly at third base in 2024. Sean ended the year with a .372/.459/.434 (AVG/OBP/SLG) slash line with 26 runs scored, 21 RBIs, eight stolen bases and seven doubles. Defensively Roeger ended the year with a fielding percentage of .869 with 22 putouts and 51 assists. Sean was later named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Second Team All-Conference and All-Rookie Team for his stellar season. Roeger had a big game on April 15th against New England College going 3-for-5 with a run scored, a double and a career-high four RBIs. Sean added a big game on April 27th going 4-for-4 with two runs, two doubles and two RBI against Rivier in a huge win. Roeger's best game of the season came on May 4th going 4-for-5 with two RBIs and a run scored in a huge GNAC Pod Play win against Saint Joseph's (Maine).
