Biography

AT COLBY-SAWYER
2021: McClary competed in all six races for the Chargers in 2021. Spencer finished the year with a season-best 29:36.0 in the 8K on October 2nd in the Keene State Invitational. McClary finished 7th for the Chargers in the GNAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 29:54.2 on October 30th. McClary also was given the Chargie for Male Scholar-Athlete. 

2020: The team did not compete due to COVID-19. 

2019: McClary opened the season at the 2nd Annual Charger Invitational with a 29th place finish. At the GNAC Championship, he came away with an impressive 16th place to help the team win their fourth-straight conference title. McClary was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

2018: McClary competed in each of the team's seven races in his first season. He opened the season with a 24th place finish at the inaugural Charger Invitational. McClary finished 33rd as the team won the Runnin' Monks Invitational. He also placed 46th at the GNAC Championship. 

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of South Burlington High School.
