2022: Koziol missed her senior season due to injury. Caroline was a leader still for the field hockey team and was later announced to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) 2022 Division III National Academic Team scoring above a 3.3 or higher cumulative grade point average throughout the first semester of the 2022 academic year.

2021: Koziol saw action in all 20 games for the Chargers with 11 starts in 2021. Koziol ended the season with two goals and four assists. Caroline scored her first collegiate goal on September 1st at Elms College in a 2-1 victory. Koziol made Colby-Sawyer history on October 7th having a four assist game against Albertus Magnus College, which is the most assists in a single game in Charger history.  Koziol was announced to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) 2021 Division III National Academic Team scoring above a 3.3 or higher cumulative grade point average throughout the first semester of the 2021 academic year. Koziol also was named to the 2021 GNAC All-Sportsmanship team. 

2020: The team did not compete due to COVID-19. 

2019: Koziol played in 13 of the team's 17 games in 2019. She recorded her first collegiate point with an assist in the team's GNAC victory over Albertus Magnus on October 5th. Koziol was later announced to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) 2019 Division III National Academic Team scoring above a 3.3 or higher cumulative grade point average throughout the first semester of the 2019 academic year.

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of Shenendehowa High School and was given a Advanced Regents Diploma.
