Biography

As a junior: Herde lowered her personal best times in the 50 freestyle and 100 butterfly before spending the the second semester in Costa Rica as part of the Foreign Studies program. Herde was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team for the second year in a row. 

As a sophomore: Herde qualified for NEISDA Championships in the 50 freestyle, 50 butterfly and 100 freestyle. Herde was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team. 

As a freshman: Herde showed improvement from first semester to the second and posted season best times in the 50 butterfly (32.86) and 50 freestyle (28.08). 

At Housatonic: Grace was on the swimming, soccer and tennis teams for the Mountaineers. She is a member of the National Honor Society.
