As a senior: Donaghey, a co-captain, played in 24 of the team's 26 games and was fifth in minutes played. She was fourth on the team with 5.7 points per game and fifth with 3.2 rebounds per game. Donaghey scored in all but two of her appearances and grabbed at least one rebound in all but one of her entries. One of her best games came in the program's first victory over Middlebury since 2013. She scored 13 points and added five rebounds. Donaghey was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team for the second year in a row. 

As a junior: Donaghey was the Chargers' starting point guard in all 26 games and compiled 916 minutes to lead the team. She averaged 8.5 points and 5.6 rebounds per game. Donaghey shot 40.8% from the floor and 36% from beyond the arc. She scored a career-high 19 points against Albertus Magnus on January 19 and grabbed a career best 12 rebounds against Lyndon on December 11. She had three double-doubles during the season. Donaghey earned GNAC All-Academic Team honors. 

As a sophomore: Donaghey was named to the NAC All-Academic Team. She appeared in 18 games and set career-highs in numerous categories. She scored five points in a win over UMaine-Farmington on Jan. 5 and collected three assists on two occasions. 

As a freshman: Donaghey made one appearance in 2016-17. 

At Franklin: Kristen played basketball and softball for the Panthers.
