As a senior: Flynn, the team captain, earned her second consecutive nod to the All-GNAC Third Team. Flynn led the team with 520 digs and was second with 44 aces. the 520 digs is the 10th most in a single season. She recorded at least 10 digs in 25 of the 34 matches. Flynn led all players in the GNAC in digs and was fourth in GNAC matches only with 187. She ranked fifth in all matches in digs per set (4.13) and in conference matches (4.07). Flynn ends her collegiate career ranked fourth on the all-time digs list with 1516 and fifth in digs per set at 3.43. Flynn earned one GNAC Libero of the Week award during the season. Flynn was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team for the second year in a row.
As a junior: Flynn was named to the All-GNAC Third Team. She led the team with 454 digs and 60 aces. She posted a career best 32 digs in a 3-2 win at Emmanuel. After three seasons, Flynn ranks 12th all-time with 996 career digs and fifth with 3.15 digs per set. Flynn recorded the third most digs among conference players and posted the fifth most in conference matches with 182. She was fourth in the GNAC in total aces and fourth with 27 aces in conference matches. Flynn earned one GNAC Libero of the Week award during the season. Flynn was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.
As a sophomore: Flynn collected three NAC Defensive Player of the Week awards throughout the season. She led the Chargers with 364 digs, 3.17 digs per set and 56 aces. In all matches, Flynn ranked second among NAC players in digs, third in digs per set and fourth in aces. She reached double digit digs in 20 of her 33 matches played and eclipsed 23 digs twice. Flynn also posted a career-high five aces twice during the season.
As a freshman: Flynn saw action in 30 matches playing in 92 sets. She ranked second on the team in aces with 25 and fourth on the team in digs with 178.
At Reading: Flynn earned varsity letters in volleyball and gymnastics for the Rockets. She was a Middlesex League All-Star. She also was Middlesex League and Liberty Division champion. Flynn is a member of the National Honor Society.
