As a senior: Lahiff turned in her best season as a Charger in 2017 and was named to the All-NAC First Team. The two-time NAC Player of the Week, was third on the team with 205 kills and second with 43 blocks. She recorded at least one block in 26 out of the 33 matches she played. In conference matches, Lahiff ranked third in kills (53), fifth in kills per set (2.30), second in hitting percentage (.413), fifth in points (65) and eighth in points per set (2.8). In all matches, Lahiff remained near the top in several categories including kills (7th), hitting percentage (4th, .225), block assists (2nd, 33), blocks (4th) and points (6th, 254.5). On October 4, Lahiff posted a career-high 15 kills in a 3-2 win at Norwich. 

As a junior: Lahiff saw action in 18 matches played in 38 sets. She totaled 55 kills on 147 attempts hitting for .190. She also tallied two aces, 16 digs and eight blocks.

As a sophomore: Alli saw action in 127 sets. She totaled 143 kills on 429 attempts. She added 11 assists, 13 service aces, 64 digs and 62 total blocks. Her 62 total blocks was a team-high for the season. Offensively, Alli had her best match against Lyndon in the North Atlantic Conference semifinals. She posted nine kills on 15 attempts with zero errors, hitting .600 for the match. She was named to the NAC Sportsmanship Team. 

As a freshman: Alli saw action in seven sets, posting nine kills and two blocks.

At Haverhill: Alli lettered in volleyball for the Hillies. She was twice named MVC All-Star and was team captain in 2013. Alli helped lead the volleyball team to a pair of MVC championships and a D1 North finals appearance.
