As a senior: Gemerek was named All-GNAC Singles First Team. She went 5-2 in GNAC singles matches and 6-1 in GNAC doubles matches. She and Aislinn O'Connor picked up an important point in the conference title match with an 8-2 win in doubles. The duo also defeated a tandem from Division II Saint Anselm. For the fourth year in a row, Gemerek and her teammate won a doubles match in the NCAA First Round. She went 4-3 in career doubles matches at the NCAA Tournament. Gemerek finished her career ranked 10th in career doubles wins with 50.
As a junior: Gemerek picked up a doubles win with Lauren Blanchard against Johnson & Wales in the NCAA First Round to help the Chargers secure their third-straight first round victory. Gemerek finished the season 8-8 in singles and 11-9 in doubles. She went a perfect 3-0 in singles and 4-0 in doubles against NAC opponents. 
As a sophomore: Gemerek was named All-NEAC First Team Singles and First Team Doubles in her second season. She went 5-0 in conference singles matches and 5-0 in conference doubles matches. She finished the season with 11 singles wins and 12 doubles wins. Gemerek teamed with Ashley Woodside to record an 8-0 victory at the top doubles spot against a duo from Bridgewater State to help lift the team to a win in the NCAA Tournament first round. Earlier in the season, the duo also took down a pairing from Division II Saint Michael's. 
As a freshman: Gemerek tallied an impressive 16-7 doubles record, which included a perfect 5-0 mark in conference matches. She also was 3-0 when playing in the top doubles flight. She added six wins playing at No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 singles. 
At Ballston Spa: Gemerek played varsity tennis for the Scotties. She played No. 1 singles and made it to states in her senior year.
